Vels Academy of Maritime Studies (VAMS) and Vels Academy of Maritime Education & Training (VAMET), have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Glasgow College of Nautical Studies (GCNS), Scotland, UK, to jointly conduct fully residential Higher National Diploma (HND) Courses in Nautical Science and Marine Engineering respectively.
